Responsibilities
- Demonstrating, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Video management system and related software applications.
- Reporting of customer feedback and preparing RCA reports.
- Interaction with customers to understand their requirement and generating documents out of that.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications, testing, and evaluating new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Good understanding of servers, storage devices, network communication basics.
- Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting software applications on Linux and Windows OS.
- Hands-on experience handling IP cameras and network switches.
- Hands-on experience with customer interaction and generating RCA report.
- Very good interpersonal and communication skill (both written and verbal)
Good to have:
- Experience installing and maintaining Video Management System (VMS) and/or ICCC applications.
- Experience deploying containerized (Dockerized) software applications.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
Work experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in installation and maintenance of IP Surveillance systems.
- At least 4 years of experience with Video Management Systems, Traffic Management, and Video Analytics software.
Education:
B.Tech / BCA / MCA in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering
